There are many tools that you can use so that you do not have extra weight to deal with come January 1st!

First of all, be will probably not lose weight over the holidays - but you should be able to maintain, which will be a success in itself. Remember, you ALWAYS have choices. You are in control of what you eat, drink and do. You have the knowledge and the just have to use it. This newsletter will give you some tips and tools that will help you get through the holiday season with minimal damage.

Try not to over-commit. “No” is a complete sentence. Eat clean and lean. When you choose not to...enjoy it and just make sure it is worth it! A slip up every now and then is not what puts the weight is when you do it all the time. Try to stick with your exercise routine as much as possible. Don't make excuses. Above all - enjoy this time of year with family and friends.
